While we strive for perfection in every detail, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds may be accepted."

30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1. Refund & Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in cases of genuine damage or leakage during shipping or handling. To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Time Frame: You must notify us within 2 days of receiving your order if your product arrived damaged or defective.
  • Condition of Item: The product must remain unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all labels, seals, and components intact.
  • Proof of Damage: Clear photo or video evidence of the damage or leakage must be submitted along with your return request.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, invoice, or order confirmation is required.

Please note that minor cosmetic imperfections such as slightly misaligned stickers, small dents, or variations in packaging will not qualify for a return or refund.

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of fragrances and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Opened or Used Products: Once a fragrance has been opened or sprayed, it cannot be resold or accepted for return.
  • Change of Mind or Scent Preference: We cannot accept returns or issue refunds if you dislike the fragrance or find it different from your expectations.
  • Gift Cards & Promotional Items: Non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Final Sale Items: Marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or refund.

3. Return & Refund Process

Step 1 – Initiate a Return:

Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order:

Provide your order number, clear photos or videos of the damaged item, and a short description of the issue.

Step 2 – Evaluation:

Our quality team will review your request and verify the damage. Once approved, we will share return instructions.

Step 3 – Return Shipment:

  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documents.
  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the damage was verified to have occurred during transit.
  • We do not refund shipping or COD delivery charges.

Step 4 – Refund or Replacement:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10–14 business days. In certain cases, a replacement or store credit may be offered instead.

4. Exchanges

If your fragrance arrives damaged or leaking, we will gladly replace it with the same product (subject to availability) at no additional cost.

5. Important Notes

  • Al Amir Fragrances is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses once the shipment has been handed over to the courier.
  • All claims for damaged goods must be submitted within the specified time frame.
  • We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with the above policy.
