Order Processing

All orders are meticulously prepared within 2 business days of purchase. Once processed, your package will be handed over to our trusted shipping partners within 1 additional business day for delivery. Processing times may vary during high-demand periods, promotional events, or holidays. Customers will be notified in such cases.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

All U.S. orders are shipped from Michigan or New Jersey, depending on product availability and destination. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch via standard ground shipping as fragrances are classified as hazardous material (HAZMAT). While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Al Amir is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping (India)

Orders in India are shipped from our Mumbai fulfilment centre. Orders are prepared within 2 business days and dispatched to the courier within 1 business day. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on location and logistics conditions. All shipments travel by road as fragrances are classified as hazardous material (HAZMAT), which may occasionally result in delays. Al Amir shall not be held responsible for such delays once the order is handed to the courier partner.

International Shipping

At present, international shipping outside India and the United States is not available. We are actively working to expand our network to better serve our global clientele.

Tracking & Delivery

Once dispatched, tracking details will be sent via email or SMS. Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate. Al Amir cannot be held responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete details provided by the customer.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed or lost, contact our support team at alamirfragrances@gmail.com. We will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue; however, refunds or replacements will only be processed after courier confirmation of the loss.

Delivery Exceptions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Deliveries may also be delayed due to public holidays, courier restrictions, or natural calamities.
